Foroom Collective Housing started with one goal: make finding a place near Fordham simple, safe and free of stress.
We own our buildings, and we lease and manage them ourselves. Ownership, leasing and management are one team, so we take full responsibility for the quality, safety and upkeep of every apartment. When you rent with Foroom you deal directly with the people who look after the property.
Where you live shapes how you experience college. Our job is to give you a clean, well-kept apartment close to campus and to be easy to reach when you need something.

Home to Fordham's Rose Hill campus and one of the best food streets in New York.

The New York Botanical Garden and the Bronx Zoo are in the neighborhood for a run, a study session or a slow Sunday.

Subway and bus lines connect Belmont to Manhattan and the rest of the city.
